Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics during overnight operations with precision and efficiency
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS technology for real-time tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets and KPIs
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in high-volume environments
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Monitor warehouse automation systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience with night shift background preferred
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication skills for shift handoffs and team coordination
