Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat to customers during night shifts.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide step-by-step resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and track all support interactions and resolutions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer escalated tickets and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and software updates to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
