Your Role
As the primary point of contact for technical assistance during off-hours, you will ensure business continuity and user satisfaction. You will troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage service tickets, and collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during the night shift.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets (Help Desk) with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Configure and deploy workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices for remote and on-site users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve night operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Active Directory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Available for night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
