Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting via phone and remote access for enterprise clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex software bugs.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during high-pressure peak hours.
- Conduct basic system diagnostics and hardware/software configuration.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common network protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
