Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues during night shifts.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts immediately to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while handling high-volume support tickets.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for remote users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
