Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email for a diverse client base.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high-quality standard for service and professionalism during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
