Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing workflows.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
