Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time system updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive facility
- Pass background check and drug screening

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
