Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot complex issues and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes haven't broken existing functionality.
- Document test cases and test plans to improve overall testing efficiency.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden bugs and usability issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotating shifts).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and validation.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
