Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure software security, compliance, and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (depending on stack).
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
