Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Assist clients with technical inquiries, software installations, and troubleshooting issues via phone and email.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems efficiently and professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training & Development: Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills.
- System Updates: Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting minor anomalies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot issues.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
