Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure environments
- Provide Tier-3 support for network security incidents
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR)
- Document technical processes and create SOP documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical business systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Proficient with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Able to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
