Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic systems)
- Coordinate patient flow and emergency response protocols
- Assist with minor procedures and wound care
- Collaborate with cross-functional night staff
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in fast-paced setting
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends
