Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system health and performance during overnight hours to prevent downtime.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via ticketing systems with urgency and accuracy.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve escalated or complex technical issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and security audits to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking protocols.
