We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure business continuity and system stability during the night shift. You will be the first point of contact for internal technical issues, providing critical support to our 24/7 operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor server logs and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Document all technical incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift team to hand over critical tickets and ensure operational continuity.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
