Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features efficiently.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
