Responsibilities

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and problem-solving techniques.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript and front-end technologies.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and RESTful API development.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
