Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor server health and perform automated backups and system maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to critical alerts and resolve network outages efficiently to minimize business impact.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripherals for remote and on-site users.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand off unresolved tickets and provide status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic router/switch configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus but not required.
