Responsibilities
- 24/7 Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for end-users remotely and on-site.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health, VPN connectivity, and application performance to prevent downtime.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Hardware Deployment: Perform setup and configuration of laptops, printers, and mobile devices for new hires.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing security protocols and patch management during the night window.
- User Support: Provide excellent customer service to internal staff via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
