Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Document SOPs and create training materials for end-user onboarding
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize IT service workflows
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation projects
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional on-call duty
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven track record of reducing system downtime by 30%+
