Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Execute security protocols including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and contract negotiations
- Lead disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning initiatives
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator certification
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM deployment
- Proven experience with VPN configuration, firewall management (Palo Alto), and Wi-Fi networks
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Ability to prioritize critical incidents and work under urgent deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
