Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets to support 24/7 reporting requirements and ensure high data accuracy.
- Generate comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) during night operations.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve data discrepancies in real-time.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols, compliance standards, and internal quality assurance procedures.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to improve processing speed and efficiency for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, querying, and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of database structures, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
