Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
- Conduct system audits and proactively identify security vulnerabilities
- Train staff on technology best practices and new tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- A+ certification preferred
