Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices in AWS/Azure environments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
