Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise technology implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure agile methodologies are followed and sprint objectives are met
- Provide executive-level reporting on project status and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams preferred
