- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service to clients via phone and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through resolutions step-by-step.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Manage high volumes of incoming tickets and inquiries efficiently under pressure.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
