Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical assistance via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve complex customer issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote troubleshooting tools.

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
