- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
