- Resolve complex customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products/services to meet targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
