Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding our logistics services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
