Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of inbound calls and emails regarding products, services, and account issues during the night shift.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM system for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
