Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries during night operations.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
