Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, orders, and support tickets during the night shift efficiently.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate, professional solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Process Management: Verify and process customer information, orders, and returns according to company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the day shift team to relay important issues and ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM software and multiple phone lines.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Resilience: Ability to stay focused and productive during late-night hours.
