Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using the company’s CRM software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
