Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests according to company policy.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily operational targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
