As part of our North Carolina team, you will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform while fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with internal product teams to drive necessary improvements.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- Retention Growth: Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start within 24-48 hours.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished tone.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience is highly valued.
