Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Identify trends in customer complaints and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
