- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log daily activities, shift logs, and operational metrics into company databases.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and remote teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines strictly during night operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or operations support.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
