Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during medical procedures
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications as directed
- Perform vital signs checks and document electronic health records accurately
- Manage clinic inventory and sterilization protocols
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communications
- Assist with basic lab tests and specimen processing
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
