- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate disruption in key industries
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Track record of influencing executive decisions through data-driven foresight
