Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and emerging research institutions
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their business models
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while curating the company's emerging tech patent portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and quantitative trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and government bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives launched since 2020
