Your Mission
As the Lead Futurist Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the architectural roadmap for the 2026 ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and deployable software solutions, ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 platform, focusing on edge computing and quantum-ready protocols.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy and milestones for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with executive business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the development and deployment of prototype technologies in controlled environments before full-scale rollout.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate abstract concepts into tangible, user-centric products.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- AI & Data: Proven experience with Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing principles or next-gen IoT architectures is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
