Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate transformative startups
- Produce annual trend reports and scenario forecasts for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated success in translating future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
