Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI evolution, predictive analytics, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Autonomous Systems) to determine feasibility and business impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to align technological capabilities with business goals.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading tech universities and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide the technical team in transitioning from experimental prototypes to scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Information Technology, AI, or Strategic Planning.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing them successfully.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
