- System Architecture: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential architectural debt and systemic risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure stability.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-growth engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive stakeholder management.
