Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core technical roadmap for 2026-ready autonomous systems, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the engineering team through complex architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of disparate AI models, IoT devices, and cloud infrastructure into a cohesive operational ecosystem.
- R&D Leadership: Drive innovation in machine learning algorithms, specifically focusing on predictive analytics and real-time decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML engineering teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in designing autonomous systems, NLP, or computer vision applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
