Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 AI strategy that aligns with company goals, identifying key opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to provide actionable insights to the executive team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate AI strategies into product development cycles and go-to-market plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Resource Allocation: Assess resource needs for long-term projects and advocate for necessary investments in talent and technology.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Computer Vision) and future potential.
