Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architectural strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce inference latency.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and safety in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
