Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic AI Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and product managers to integrate LLMs into core enterprise workflows.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) that provide competitive advantages.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with experience deploying models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products from concept to market.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience navigating the regulatory and ethical complexities of AI deployment.
