Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the Year 2026 Initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive project delivery.
- Define and implement technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
